Happy Monday! 

Well, today I would like to share some pictures from last weekend since I haven't done this in a while. Those who follow me on InstaGram probably have seen some of these pictures since I constantly update my IG account. :)

So here are the pictures...

I changed my hair color again. This time I was in a hurry and I used this product:

Revlon Medium Ash Blonde.

Result: 

Medium Ash Brown.

And last Saturday, my friend and I attended a big 3-0 birthday party.  Since it was really important, the birthday boy celebrated it in style. It was held at a big hall and it was very formal. We had a great time. Great food and great music!

The boogie dance- I don't know - cupid shuffle? They all followed certain steps! I didn't participate because I didn't know this kind of dance. :)

 Great minds think alike. We both had nude color shoes on! And the place was so dark, we couldn't really take pictures of our faces and dresses, unfortunately. It was like a club. LOL.

Random: Pictures from People Magazine - Kim's wedding

I took these pictures for you bloggers - I know some of you are Kim Kardashian's fans. :) Sorry, pictures are a bit dark. I blamed my iPhone for that ;) Hopefully someone will scan the magazine later. In a meantime, enjoy the pictures!

Some of the guests..I don't know most of them except Ryan Seacrest and Eva Longoria from Desperate Housewife.

Overall, I like her makeup look. Very light. She did not have that thick foundation or heavy smokey eye makeup which is good. A wedding is the day where every woman should look like herself, only 1000000 times better - in my opinion. I read from somewhere that she copied Catherine Windsor's makeup look. Who cares really because from the pictures, she looks 5 years younger and fresh! That's all that matters. It makes me think that "less is more". ;) But still, I wont throw away my Smolder eye liner or Black Tied eyeshadow hahaha! But I think towards the end of the night, when she changed dresses, she added more eye makeup. Well, that's it from the magazine.

I heart Japanese and Korean Beauty Products (Random Pictures)

I just want to share some pictures from my trip to Palace Beauty, a beauty store that sells Korean and Japanese beauty products. The minute I walked into the store, I immediately fell in love. They have tons of stuff. Some are expensive, and some are not. I don't think they have a website, but I found this on Yelp! http://www.yelp.com/biz/palace-beauty-los-angeles.

I bought about 12 packets of masks! They had some sales going on when I was there so I had to get some. :)

Darkness Lashes

These stuff are awesome, that's all I can say. They might not be $15 per piece like MAC, but these lashes have beauty and quality. And most models in ViVi magazine have dolly like criss-cross spiky lashes on them. So not everything is about MAC or Ardell you know ;) We got to try other stuff too. :) And oh, I spent about an hour looking through each of these Darkness Lashes. It was so hard to choose since the store carries all styles. Just so you know, the store has about 3 display cabinets of Darkness Lashes. :) It's lashes heaven!

Last but not least, I finally got my hands on this stuff!! It was sold out everywhere and I was lucky to have found it at Macy's at Glendale Galleria. There were only 3 left so I immediately grabbed one, paid for it, and walked out of the store with a huge smile on my face! It's funny how makeup can make me the happiest girl alive! Ha!Ha!

Golden Globe Winner's dress. What do you guys think?

Hello my lovelies,

I was MIA for days because my internet connection wasn't working. Something went wrong with the wiring and the Time Warner technician had to come twice to fix it =/. Finally got my internet up and running again last night, I thought I wanted to post something but I had to catch up with my school assignment. Now I am free again! Yay!

Anyways, I just finished watching Golden Globe Award. I liked the results especially the Best Picture. Social Network movie was amazing! Congratulation also to Natalie Portman for winning her first Golden Globe award. And of course when it comes to award ceremonies, we will be talking about the gorgeous dresses and gowns, right? :) On this Golden Globe award, there were only some dresses that I thought were really gorgeous, and the rest were simply okay...hmmmm. Natalie Portman looked gorgeous though, especially now that she's pregnant. She was glowing, pretty in pink, but I was not crazy about the red rose on her chest!! The whole dress, hair and makeup are lovely,but that bright red rose is soo distracting! What do you guys think?

Random thought : Vampire Diaries Season 2 is awesome!

Love love love Katherine! She had persona gotta admit, but I dont condone her bad behavior though . :) I personally love the character's fashion style and makeup look and I think they did a great job on Nina Dobrev as Katherine.  Cant wait for a new episode, tomorrow. Wanna see if Elena will ever fall in love with Damon Salvatore.

Sprinkles Cupcake is the best!

It was a beautiful afternoon in Los Angeles so my boyfriend and I decided to eat some cupcakes. We haven't had one in months due to our 'counting calories' diets LOL, but this time we wanted to let ourselves go. We headed to Sprinkles in Beverly Hills (my favorite!) to get these yummy cupcakes! Like usual, it was a long line and most of the flavors we wanted were out =/. Nonetheless, we were still in heaven with these few flavors!

PS: Dear Sprinkles, please keep up with your customers' need and want! Less chocolate flavors, more fruits please!

I don’t really fancy Edward Cullen a.k.a Robert Pattinson that much, though I lovveee the story of Twilight; however, I really think that Damon Salvatore a.k.a Ian Somerhalder from The Vampire Diaries is quite dashing. HaHa =)

Valentine's Day...my story.

What normally happens on Valentine's Day? Well, love happens! It's on the air for some reason, just on that special day!

Anyway, My Valentine’s Day this year was quite special =) My boyfriend surprised me with a bouquet of roses on Friday 2/12/2010 instead of February, the 14th itself. Why? Because he said “Well, you will expect something on the fourteen. So why bother?!". Well, he's right! =)

Friday the 12th, around 6 p.m ish, I went shopping with my good friend, Milli (love you, Mills!) and my bf told me he’d be out shopping as well for a new laptop. Milli and I went to Topanga Mall, Woodland Hills to look for a pink dress! I swear I don’t wear pink but I really wanted one for Valentine's Day. However, we could not find what we wanted. It was ridiculous!! Such a huge mall but no pink or red?! So whatever. We just went home.

When I got home I think it was around 10.15 pm, the light in the living room was dim, and there he was, watching TV...all smiling. He asked me if I found anything special, and i replied “not much!” (Though I bought a beautiful card with meaningful words in it and a picture frame with “Meant to Be” sign stamped on it- yeah I know!! LOL). We then chatted a bit when all of a sudden he took my hand and dragged me to the kitchen counter and asked “ Do you like this?” He pointed at the tiny lil' dart board that we placed there as a décor, and I was like “hmmm yeaaah??” (In my head, I was like, what’s wrong with this guy??). Then he pointed to the stuff next to it, a frame with our picture in it. “How about this?” I was like, “of course! Duh”.
Then quickly he pointed to this beautiful bouquette of roses next to it, and said “ and this?!” and I was like, “whoaaaa they are gorgeous!”. Well, I didn’t notice the roses earlier because the whole place was dim. I sniffed them real good, the smell was wonderful! They were the Black Magic breed, u know the huge dark garnet color with such an intense fragrant? He smiled and gave me the roses and the card. It said on it “Do not open till Valentine’s Day” which I did not till then. It was such a nice thought, at least in my book =). Arb, I love you!

However, the next day 2/13/2010, I found a Hall Mark receipt with 2 cards listed on it!! They are expensive but still WTF???? I know myself really well, I tend to think too effin much on small things, and blow them up really big till they pop!! Then I will get angry, moody and piss-off for days. So before I got to that level, I quickly asked : “WTH with these 2 cards? Who is the other person u wanna give it to? Don’t tell me your mom”. There's nothing wrong if he gives a card to his mom, really. i was just fuming at that time. He said “Why did u look for stuff? Stop doing that”.

“I did not, I just saw it there on the counter!” I replied. Well, we literally dropped the subject – I hate fighting. However, on the Valentine’s Day, I opened the card that he gave me on 2/12 at midnight, reading it out loud. It was simple, but Nice. I was like oookkkk….It was just very straight forward with “you are the love of my life bla bla bla I love you…”.

I told him thanks, it was nice! (I am spoiled I wanna hear more LOL) He smiled and handed me another card. And this one he poured his heart out, i got tears in my eyes reading the whole thing.(THAT WAS THE SECOND CARD THAT I LITERALLY YELLED AT HIM ABOUT - I WAS DUMB LOL) It was very sentimental and sweet- and one of the paragraphs says :

"I cannot tell you how happy I was when i first saw you walk into the class. I felt shock, a jolt, a sense of nervousness. I felt like you had instantly grabbed my heart, and I had instantly fallen in love. From that day on I couldn't sleep or think. All my thoughts were occupied by you. That is why i never gave up. This is meant to be. This is our love story..I love you."

Well...i feel the same way...

We went to Cheesecake Factory on Valentine's night and had our dinner right after the Valentine's Day movie. Why Cheesecake Factory?? Coz our first date happened to be at Cheesecake Factory, right after class! (yep, Miss Michelle Clemon's class).

Well, I hope every girl has little things that she holds close to her heart. For me, one of them IS The Cheesecake Factory, Sherman Oaks. LOL! =)
