Happy New Year 2011 everyone!!! Be Safe!

...I'll be out partying like a rockstar till 4 am. :). It's just a once a year deal, hitting a night club and partying late, why not, right?  :) I wish everyone will have a great night tonight!!! MUAHHHH!! See you next year!!!

Party Hair - Hair Of The Day

Hi Everyone!

I am sure most of you are excited to go out tonight and celebrate the countdown of the New Year 2011. I can't wait to hit the town! I hope Hollywood boulevard is not that bad this year because I hate drunk drivers and obnoxious people!!
Anyway, I just finished doing my hair, and I would like to share the result and the products I used.

Products Used:

Teasing Comb, Paddle Brush, CHI Helmet Head Extra Firm  Hair Spray, Redken Heat Styling Thermo Actif, T3 Hair Plumper, and BaByliss Pro Professional Porcelain Ceramic Curling Iron (Picture Courtesy Folica.com because my curling iron is still hot right now-cant take a pciture, sorry :))

Review:

CHI Helmet Head Extra Firm - This product is very lightweight and have a nice scent! It does not leave greasy residue and wont weigh down your hair. Great product for someone who wants her hair to stay firm all night long, especially for club goers! No messiness even after you dance for hours. It's a must have product.  I have a stick straight hair that is hard to style after I had the Japanese Hair Straightening treatment. This CHI hair spray allows me to style my hair the way I want to. I give this 9/10 stars!

Redken Heat Styling Thermo Actif - If you like to use a curling iron but the curls don't stay longer than an hour, then you need this product! Use this product before you curl your hair. Just spray and curl. :) I love this stuff so much because my curls stay for hours even if I run my fingers through my hair! I can say that it stays all night till the next morning. Again, my hair is hard to curl after the Japanese Hair Treatment, and this little Redken works great on my stubborn hair! 9/10 stars!

T3 Hair Plumper - T3 is one awesome product. I love it's blowdryer which I will do a special review soon. This one helps lifting the hair roots - that if you desire to have a pouf like Snookie. :) I also did one, but a small pouf just for tonight celebration! :)  I love this little thing!! 8/10 stars!

BaByliss  Professional Porcelain Ceramic Curling Iron - It does a great job at curling my hair but I am sure there's something better out there. I love my Hot Tools better, but too much of that can ruin my hair tremendously. I hate split ends!

So that's it. I hope everyone is having a great New Year's eve!

and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011, everyone!

XOXO,
♥♥ Rinz

Review: Urban Decay 24/7 Zero Eyeliner and Skyscraper Mascara

Hi Everyone! :)

I hope you guys had a great Christmas holiday! New year is around the corner, and I bet everyone can't wait to party!! :) I know I'll be heading somewhere to dance , dance, dance!

Anyway back to the topic, I would like to talk about Urban Decay 24/7 Zero Eyeliner and SkyScraper Mascara. I got them before Christmas actually (picture below), and finally I got a chance to try them out! :)

In my opinion, both of these items are wonderful and amazing. Zero stays on for over 8 hours! It does not smudge at all. YAY! I have an oily skin and no eyeliner stays put  unless I put a great primer on. I have 3 favorites: NYX, Urban Decay Primer Potion and Too Faced Shadow Insurance. So, without using any of these primers, Zero stayed on from 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 pm. Awesome! I am happy with Urban Decay Zero eyeliner. Skyscraper mascara is not that bad either. It does a wonderful job at lifting and curling my lashes. However, YSL Faux Cil is still my favorite but I don't mind repurchase any of these 2 items.

Zero eyeliner but without Skyscraper mascara:

I changed the color of the eyeshadows, and I had Zero eyeliner and Skyscraper Multi Benefit Mascara:

And of course if I want to hit the town, I prefer my Sherani Lashes and MAC Fluidline for more drama!

Christmas Haul - Part One (Picture Heavy!)

Hello everyone,

Here are some goodies that I got for myself. :) Not much because I have wrapped the rest (all for me) and placed them under the Christmas tree. LOL. I am thinking of visiting the mall again tomorrow, but I will only buy stuff that I really need this time. Ha! Ha! If you guys any suggestion of essential items, please let me know.:) Maybe there are things that are on sale, but I forgot to buy!

Anyways, here are the goodies!!

.....and inside MAC shopping bag: MAC Viva Glam V and Freckletone.

Kiehls' Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser. Good Stuff! My first tube!

Victoria's Secret Sexy Little Thing. I love the scent!! Very feminine.

...and some Sephora stuff of course.:)

I got Urban Decay Travel Kit. I will post a FOTD look using these 2 items later.

Korress Face Primer. I accumulated enough points to receive this. So far I love the primer. It keeps my makeup fresh all day.

I also got the Nars Lipstain/Lipgloss Duo!!! They were on sale for $10 each. Thanks Kali for the info, or else, I wouldn't even know about it. :) There's a DKNY Delicious Roll-On perfume. And oh, the Anthony Logistic Anti Aging starter kit  is for my BF. He's been complaining about his tiny lines lately. LOL. There, I got him that!

Nars Lipstain/Lipgloss Duo in Orgasm/Hustler and Moon Fleet/ Indian Red. Pretty!

Some sweaters of course!

And T-Shirts from Aeropostale. Well, I don't own a nice T-shirt, believe it or not. I've been wearing everything else except the T, for over 5 years!! These are my first Ts in a long time. :)

So that's all for now. Let me know if there's some other stuff that I should try!

What did you guys do Last Weekend? Shopping Much? :)

LOL. My BF and I did just that! We went out early in the morning and came home late at night. I had so much fun even though it was raining heavily (still is!!). Finding parking was a chaos and carrying shopping bags in the rain was priceless! :) But hey, it's my Holiday spirit that kept me going. Ha! Ha!

Here are some pictures from last weekend.

Saturday Night Picture: That is Nordstrom store behind me and the light went off right at the same time my BF took this picture. It was around midnight at the Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills, Ca, and the rain was pouring! Yup, can't tell from the picture.:)  And that Michael Kors military boots really kept my feet dry and warm. :) Love them!

P.s: Sorry, this picture was taken with a phone so it's kinda blurry a bit.

And oh, remember the post I made about L' Oreal Paris Healthy Look Creme Gloss Color  where I went from Dark Auburn to Dark Brown? Well, the color should last through 28 shampoos. But it has been more than 2 months and I have washed my hair hundreds of times already! So here is my current hair color! :) I kinda like it :)

....and this last picture was taken at the garage, on last Sunday night. It was still raining and of course a pair of boots were the perfect choice. These are the thigh high with back lace boots that I got last month during Macy's Black Friday, and they fit me like gloves :) I love them!!

So, what did you guys do? :) DO TELL!

I am off to bed now, and I will post my hauls pictures tomorrow! :)

Hello Kitty Beauty Products

I guess all the Beauty Insiders have received this wonderful news. :) I just checked out the products on Sephora website, kinda too late to place an order (they were having private sales, darn it!) but it's o.k. I'll get them later from Sephora store. I can't wait!! And yeah, I have to admit, I am crazy about Hello Kitty. :) Anyway, I love the products packaging. They are super cute and I I would love to get my hands on the following:

1) Hello Kitty Fragrance Rollerball. $18.
 Style: Sweet. Sparkling. Pretty.

I love sweet fragrances. I cant stand fruity or flower scent so I think this one would be perfect for me!

What I have and love? Hanae Mori Butterfly, Benefit Maybe Baby, YSL Parisienne. This Hello Kitty one will be a great addition.

 2) Bling Mirror. $49.

How cute is this one??????? This is crystal encrusted purse-size mirror, but, is it Swarovki? It doesn't say on the website, so maybe not! =P

3) Nail Polish. $10.

The design is sooooo adorable!!!! I don't mind putting this on my bathroom counter. I won't hide it in my "Nail Product Box"! :) Oh, I had the regular Hello Kitty Nail Polish. Though I knew it was for teenagers, I got it anyways just to give it a try. I didn't like it much.

.

4) Pen Pal Eyeliner - An ultra-precise liquid eyeliner marker. $16

I  AM AN EYELINER GIRL, WHAT MORE CAN I SAY? SO THIS ONE IS A MUST HAVE FOR ME!

Well, that's all I really want to try I guess. :) Do you guys want anything from the line? Or have you guys placed an order? LOL I was late!

PS- I am going to blog about my Christmas Shopping Haul tomorrow!! I can't wait to share with you guys!!

My Christmas Wishlist :)

Hello my lovely ladies!!

This is my 2010 Christmas Wishlist. I think everyone has one right now, and I am very excited to share mine with you guys, and who knows, "Santa" might even read this list! ;) It could happen. :) LOL. To make it easy for that special someone, I put all kind of stuff in my list, not just cosmetics items. I could go on and on with the list, but in reality, I would like to have a few items only.

So here they are:

1) Illamasqua Rich Liquid Foundation. Like the brand mantra, "Make-up For Your Alter Ego", I might need this for "Jazz". :)

2) Urban Decay The Black Palette : A provocative palette of six black-based eyeshadows and one 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. Did you read "provocative"? Ha ha! I NEED this palette since I love black eyeshadow! I can't wait to try this especially the Barracuda (a black with silver sparkly shift). I might buy one for myself.

3) Tarina Tarantino : Mini Gem Glossette. I am attracted to the packaging and colors. Very pretty! :)

4) Beauty In A Box: NARS Junkie. I think we all know that this kit is one of the MUST HAVE kits! I love Laguna and Orgasm together. I will only buy this just because of these two; however, the rest of the items look great, especially the lip gloss.

5) VERA WANG Princess Eau de Toilette
Created for the playful, unpredictable, independent woman who treats every day like an event and adventure. Does this sound familiar?;) I must have this! I'll buy it myself. I tried it once and it smells wonderful!

6) .....and now some jewelries :)  I love Tiffany! My mom once said to me, a woman is not complete without her precious jewelries, so I added some of these.:) I love the uniqueness of each of these items. If I were to wear one of these, LOVE, would be the reason.

7) Tory Burch Steffy Hobo - I want a black handbag! This one is simple, sophisticated and chic. :)

8) Last but not least, since I am a makeup junkie after all, a SEPHORA GIFT CARD will make me sooooo happy!!:)

So, that's it! I don't really wish for anything other than a perfect health, but since I was asked to make a Christmas Wishlist, I had to pick something and those are the only things I could think of! :)

So what's your Christmas Wishlist ladies? :)
